DIY Filter containers for ponds & big tanks
good size tank for ALMOST any fish you want to put in it till it out grows the space
this would be nice filled with small fish like guppies, tetras, mollies, & you can mix
a lot of fish in a tank. This blog is all about fish & all the info on diy filter containers.

Fish filters are the very main facts, that if not done right it can break you in a hurry
so if you plan or think about having a fish tank or pond & want a cheap easy way
then you have come the right place, so let me tell you this, I've built plenty of filters
myself, with no help other than watching you tube videos & started my own filters.

putting it together if you rather watch the building part, I just done 1 with a 66 qt
clear storage tub with clear lid & stuck a water temperature gage on the side or end
to keep up with the temp you can buy them at walmart for 2$ maybe 5 by now, hint ?
this filter he's doing will work for any type of pond up TO a 1000 gals easy & easy to
clean all you do is add add a OUTSIDE DRAIN for a flush out to get the bottom junk
out, you hook up a hose & drain out the junk in a flower bed how ever far you have 1.
Video -2 Biological Pond Filter.wmv This 1 is a good way to make a cheap easy filter
for a 1000 gal pond & if properly taken care of by keeping the filters clean & if you
don't, you destroy the whole system, the bigger the container the more you can filter
the pond & not break yourself doing it, I have 7-8 goldfish in a 110 gal stock tank &
done 1 for it & it does the trick I also have a 660gph pump sucking up what it catches
& blows it towards the 800 gph pump that is hooked up to this type of filter & it works.
Video -3 DIY pond filter This 1 here is super cheap to build & easy to keep clean & no
fuss, just get you a laundry basket with holes already in the basket & put it on some
blocks- bricks depending on how high you want your filter I have mine 1/2 way under
the overflow pipes. it keeps my 110 gal tank super clean with 8 goldfish & 1 lake carp.
Video -4 DIY Pond filter system I have to say on be -1/2 of building a filter you have to
really want the maintenance that goes into keeping fish happy & healthy by keeping
their water clean clear & in check @ ALL TIMES cause things do happen out of the
blue, you just have to keep a eye on how the fish are doing does it need to be flushed
with these size filters they pretty well do what needs to be done & last a lot longer.

& gets Exotic fish from all sorts of places which is pretty cool, you might want to
check out his channel on you tube, I've done some of every filtration container wise
there is & it's pretty simple thinking to filter water. rain water, well water, pond
water, tank water, drinking water, but for fish & plant's it's best to research things.
Video -6 BEST aquarium filter this guy here is the king of diy's as far as fish goes
he has a ton of videos on all sorts of projects pertaining to just about anything
related to keeping fish in a box, I've done something similar & yes it works real
good, I use mine as a vacuum filter, does a Great job & easy cheap you can't beat
it & the best part is about this is if you want to enlarge the size just get a bigger
bottle, if that isn't easy I don't know what is. anyway what did you think about

20-50 -100$ making a filter for ponds & tanks you'd be surprised how they sell
if it meant not having to make 1 people rather buy 1 than make them. which is 👍

it...I got to thinking about if people aren't making them to last longer & easier what

I know how & I have a little experience behind me to know how to make a $ on
the side & start talking to people in my area that I know has a fish pond & ask
him what type of filter is he using on why it's so clear & clean & is't murky.
Goldfish is easy to raise & start learning about filtration for a tank or pond &
sometime both in & outdoors fish, But here's what a 75 gal tank looks like as a
community tank that is STUNNING the save the best for last video if your still

for that size tank & the fish he has in it is swordtails & maybe some molly's but
for a tank that size would have a AWESOME filtration setup, to have a tank you
