pink GRAPEFRUIT DIET
it takes a lot of self control & self esteem & will power to see it through.
So I have been doing a lot of digging in this cause I'm trying to lose weight
so this is what I have found that I've been hearing is a good way to get
rid of the weight you want to lose & KEEP IT OFF ! so are you ready ?
To lose any weight you have to be consistent, you have to have will power
self esteem, self control, here are the things that will help you to lose weight
Boiled chicken "SKINLESS" limit your red meats too that's a big help as well.
veggies, carrots, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, tomatoes (red meats) limit
every 2 wks fasting for a day every other day helps as well, & not giving
up is a help, cutting off your sugar intake is a BONUS in losing weight.

Grapefruit is HIGH in WATER 90% high & good in nutrients & boost weight loss
eat a 1/2 of Grapefruit every morning & night or a whole 1 just B-4 bed time.
