Losing   weight isn't a easy thing to do for most people that's over weight. 😒 it takes a lot of self control & self esteem & will power to see it through. So I have been doing a lot of digging in this cause I'm trying to lose weight  so this is what I have found that I've been hearing is a good way to get  rid of the weight you want to lose & KEEP IT OFF  ! so are you ready ? To lose any weight you have to be consistent , you have to have will power   self esteem , self control,  here are the things that will help you to lose weight Boiled chicken " SKINLESS"   limit your red meats too that's a big help as well. veggies, carrots, broccoli, asparagus, spinach,  tomatoes  ( red meats ) limit every 2 wks  fasting for a day every other day helps as well, & not giving up is a help, cutting off  your sugar intake is a BONUS  in losing weight.   Now that we have the 3 main lowest bills paid in advance 3-6 mos. we can save  more $ in the long run where we can work on putting more $ in our pockets for  other things that may pop up unexpected like things do every so often with us. The water bill , Trash bill , phone bill , We Can buy more supplies we need like  laundry supplies, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, & food too  this is something I have been trying to get done for yrs & just now doing it 👏 This will make our lives so much better & easier & after we get this place paid off in a few months that will be a BIG HELP & then the bank loan paid off  & the last bill will be the car bill & once all those are paid off we'll be happier. There's nothing more satisfying than having your bills all paid in advance & other bills paid off where you don't have to worry so much about if you'll  have the $ to pay for them, that's never a good thing when ...

  What I would do with a big tank like this, this is like the size of a 75 gal tank & it is a good size tank for ALMOST any fish you want to put in it till it out grows the space this would be nice filled with small fish like guppies, tetras, mollies, & you can mix  a lot of fish in a tank.
